A graduate of Sam Houston State University majoring in Agriculture Education, Shannon began his real estate experience in the mid 1980’s. From developing raw unimproved land to owning and managing rental properties and eventually developing small commercial and farm properties.

Shannon’s personal hands-on experience creates value to his clients. Now a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas Shannon has created quite a footprint of successful transactions in the Southwest.
