Location: On Road #7230, approx. 38 miles NE of St. Johns, Arizona.
Description: Cow ranch including five working water wells. Perimeter and cross fencing. Pens
at each well. Some resident elk are on this ranch.
Carrying Capacity: Ranch is rated to carry 315 A.U.Y.L. (B.L.M. allotment).

Note: Prior to now, this place has had a development called Red Sky Ranchettes with various
small tracts of land sold out of the place. Some now have residences, some do not. Arizona is a
fence out state, therefore the ranch utilizes grazing on the uncontrolled, unfenced acres within
the place.
Water: 5 good water wells, ranch has good domestic and livestock water wells with either
windmills or submersible pumps, some with backup generators. Depths vary from
135 to 325 ft. wells pump up to 25 gpm. Drinkers, storages, and additional dirt tanks for cattle.
